In order to solve technical problems of grouting and paving, Chempoxy developed a new technology. It is a synthetic material, melt-in-place at room temperature, without shrinkage on cure and with excellent modulus of elasticity, providing to the equipment perfect contact with the foundation.
The use of CH 2300 provides a precise pavement, besides streamlining the positioning and assembly of the equipment. It eliminates costly base machining processes, corrects irregularities in the floor and base of the equipment, softens vibrations and improves operating conditions, in addition to maintaining predetermined tolerances in assemblies, significantly reducing costs compared to traditional methods.
Due to its high power of penetration, CH 2300 besides providing a perfect paving, becomes an excellent corrosion preventative, since it prevents the entry of oxygen between the base of the equipment and the foundation itself, protecting it from weather.
Formulated with fine silicon carbide granules, this mass gives a smooth finish and it is resistant to high compression, which protects and reconstitutes new and in-service equipment.
